Return & Refund Policy

1. Return Conditions  

Applicable Scope: Returns are accepted for defective items (marks, broken zippers, rips, poor-quality material, obvious color differences, or major discrepancies from product photos) or customer-initiated returns (wrong size/color, change of mind).  
Customer Responsibility: If the return is due to personal reasons, customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.  

Customers may request a return or exchange within 14 days (or more) after delivery/signature confirmation.

2. Order Cancellation  

Cancellation Conditions & Timeframe: Orders can be cancelled before shipment.  
Non-Cancellable Orders: Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. Please contact us promptly if you wish to cancel.  

3. Return Process

Required Information: Provide your order number, reason for return (with photos if applicable), and any other relevant details.  
Return Confirmation & Instructions: We will confirm your return request and provide guidance for shipping the item back.  

4. Return Requirements  

Item Condition: Must be in original, unworn, and unused condition.  
Packaging: Include all original packaging and accessories.  
Shipping Information: Provide tracking/reference number and clearly write your order number on the parcel.  
Other Requirements: Please clearly explain the reason for return.  

5.Return Instructions

If you wish to return an item, please follow the instructions below:

  1. Required Return Information
    Please include the following information inside your return package to ensure your request can be processed efficiently:

    • Order Number

    • Reason for Return

    • Recipient’s Name and Contact Information (optional but recommended)

  2. Return Packaging Requirements

    • Items must be unused and in their original condition, including original packaging where possible

    • Please use secure and proper outer packaging to prevent damage during transit

    • We reserve the right to refuse returns or reduce refunds if items are damaged due to improper packaging

  3. Return Shipping Costs

    • If the return is due to a defective item or an error on our part, the return shipping cost will be covered by us

    • If the return is due to personal reasons (e.g., change of mind, wrong item ordered), the return shipping cost will be the responsibility of the customer

6. Refund & Processing  

Refund Method: Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.  
Processing Time: Once we receive the returned item(s), processing typically takes 5–15 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.  

7. International Orders Return  

Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.  
Return Address: Provided by our customer service upon request at support@apethyve.com .  
Customs & Duties: Customers are responsible for any taxes, customs, or duties incurred during return shipping.
